The Best Red

Not all paint created equal

There are alot of red paint out there is hard to choose. There are cool reds and warm reds and is nice to have one of each for flexablilty in mixing.

Cool Reds

cool reds or Blue reds are colors like magenta rose and alizarin crimson.

My favorite choice tends to be alizarin crimson. I like it for its transparency and tinting power along with its overall moody vibe.

Warm Reds

Warm reds are colors like Cadmium red vermillion and red earth.

My favorite warm red is Vermillion. almost orange i find this is great for creating intense brown skin tones, without looking unnatural.
